This game contains an 8-sided, double sided board with 2 ways to play: Either do 2D or turn the board (and cards) over and try the 3D challenges. There are 50 of each, getting progressively harder (so a total of 100 challenges!)

2D: Using the challenge cards, place the pieces as shown on the board with LOTS of holes, then try to fit the remaining pieces on the board - all on the same single level.

3D: Using the 3D challenge cards, flip the board over to the side with a Triangle shape of holes and place the pieces as shown on one of the challenges; then try to fit the rest so that you create a pyramid. Note that the card shows pieces with 3 or four balls - yet every piece has 5 connected balls. This is because you are looking at the part of the piece on level one. The remaining balls are on level 2 or higher.
