What is Wolfpack Games?

Wolfpack Games was started by Craig and Alissa (husband and wife) with the aim of getting kids off their screens while at the same time providing entertainment that was both educational and fun.

All our games are challenging and fun.

Wolfpack Games uses a range of games and puzzles to help kids and adults:

These are a range of games which help children to look for solutions from a different angle – not just “brute-force” the answer or look it up online (nope, don’t ask Google Home, she can’t help you).

Ethically sourced, our games are made of sustainable wood and any paint used is lead free – because we wouldn’t want to sell your children anything we wouldn’t give our own!

Ordering Wolfpack products

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. 

You will receive a confirmation email showing your order information and date of dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving the confirmation email please contact sales@wolfpack.games


All Australia wide deliveries are made by either Australia Post or Sendle.

Postage costs are calculated and displayed for you during the order process for all online orders.

From experience, deliveries to metro areas can be expected in around 2-3 business days and up to 7 business days for regional areas.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us.

For deliveries to NT & WA, please allow up to 10 business days.


Do you provide international shipping?

Not yet.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change, cancel or request a hold on your order please do so on the same day of placing the order as we will be organising the dispatch as soon as possible.


Do you offer refunds?

As with all products, we cannot offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.


What happens if the package is damaged?

If your Wolfpack Games product arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will respond with a favourable outcome within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

We will require that you email us a photo of the damaged product. We must be notified of any damage or errors with regards to your delivery within 7 days.


Organising a Return (if applicable)

Returned Goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. 

To help us complete your return, we will need proof of purchase.


Shipping a return

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the order.


Exchange (if applicable)

For damaged or faulty products Wolfpack Games will exchange for the same item as soon as we receive the returned order from you.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. 

You will be notified via email when the refund was processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
