- Age 8 and up
- Sustainable Wood (Monkey Pod and Rubber Wood)
- Level 3 (Dilemma) and set up harder Level 4 (Unbelievable)
This best seller captures the eye of sports fans, looks simple and is small so can be taken on trips… because you won't have finished it yet! Can you score a goal and watch the little silver ball roll out? Move the 10 tiles around the frame to get the large square from the top, around the "field" to the bottom, thus guiding the ball towards the hole to score a "goal". When you have finished playing, put the lid on so you don't lose pieces.
'Easy' Version Set up one way, this is a Dilemma (level 3) puzzle (Goal Keeper runs up and down like the other 'players' see image of Towards Freedom below) - when set up like this, it will take a minimum of 18 moves to finish. (Here we have used regular Towards Freedom as an example of the set-up - note how the yellow dot pieces all run the same direction). Set your Personal Best goal and now beat it! What's the least number of moves you have achieved?
'Hard' Version If you turn the goal-keeper around (sideways to the other 'players') it becomes Unbelievable (Level 4) and takes a minimum of 118 moves to solve. Seen here - this is also how the game is set up when you buy it. Note how only four of the five long pieces, with the players, run long ways and one runs sideways as a 'Goal-Keeper'?
